Orders are shipped usually by UPS, but sometimes Federal Express or U.S. Postal Service is used, depending on items and shipping location. Most of my suppliers use UPS only and cannot ship to PO Boxes. If your only option is a PO Box, contact me prior to placing an order. I can arrange to have your shipment sent to me then I will ship to you via U.S. Postal Service. There may be an extra charge going this route, but each situation is unique and will be handled as such.

Regular shipping charge is a minimum of $8.95 for orders under $50.00 (Including Insurance) or approximately 14% of the cost of merchandise, whichever is higher.

Free shipping is currently available for orders over $100.00.

Orders are shipped usually within 24-48 hours after payment is received. Please allow an additional 8 to 10 days for U.S. delivery.

Though we do not accept orders outside the United States, we are willing to ship to Canada. If you contact us prior to ordering, we can make arrangements. There may be an extra charge for shipping, but I will do the best I can to keep charges at a minimum.

Return Policy:

We will accept return of merchandise if notification is within 7 days of receipt. We will issue Credit to your account or refund you in US dollars. The cost of return shipping shall be the responsibility of the customer.
Occassionally, the warehouse will run out of items before we can update the online catalog. If this happens to an item on your order, we will contact you to see if you would like to substitute something, or refund your money. If paid by Pay Pal, we willl refund to your Pay Pal account, if paid by check, cash or money order, we will send you a check.
